Rochelle Klempner is an attorney in the New York State Court System. She is Staff Counsel to the Permanent Commission on Access to Justice; Counsel to the Judicial Institute on Professionalism in the Law; and Chair of the Court’s Translation Committee. She has published law review articles on document assembly and unbundled legal services and is the author of two best practices guides for court systems: one on Court Help Centers and one for courts on the use of document assembly A2J Author programs. She is a member of several Self Represented Litigation Network working Groups and former Chair of the AOC Working Group.
